Stephanie Harris is a co-founder of Pernix and the owner and CEO of PartnerCentric. She has spent the last fifteen years producing innovative, award-winning digital marketing campaigns. Known for implementing the latest technologies and innovations in the performance marketing space, she began her digital marketing career on the brand side, working at a leading enterprise company. Since then, she has managed the portfolios of dozens of the largest and most well-known e-commerce performance programs.
Stephanie has directed the funding and development of the first technology department of its kind in an outsourced program management business. Thanks to these efforts, PartnerCentric has created several integral proprietary solutions that were industry firsts. The Pernix philosophy is born of those experiences and a vision to break down borders and create category-defining products that push the industry forward, not just for one set of clients, but for all.
With over a decade of experience, Tom is a leading player in the performance marketing industry with expertise in tracking, attribution, and analytics. As head of technology at PartnerCentric, Tom evolved as the agency’s go-to person for addressing attribution alignment, tracking challenges with any number of different third party tracking tools, integrating new clients and campaigns, and addressing general technical concerns with brands. Through this work, he became frustrated with the lack of clarity and misalignment with marketing dollar spend. It became apparent that the status quo was not serving the customer, and an independent solution was needed.
As a founding advisor of Pernix, he oversaw the initial patenting process and product development of this independent platform solution. As the vice president of strategic initiatives at PartnerCentric, Tom develops and maintains a strategic vision to define rules for engagement with vendors and partners from all sides. Additionally, he focuses heavily on strategic planning (including new strategic ventures), innovation, and new technologies that ensure leading-edge digital marketing, and acts as product advisor for a number of technology partners.
Julie Avila has spent the last nineteen years helping businesses ranging in size from enterprise to start-up—in dozens of different industries—to achieve their digital business goals. She advises them on the fastest routes to ROI, innovative methods for re-investment in the performance marketing landscape, and the strategic implementation of key relationships.
In addition to being a founding advisor of Pernix, she serves as COO of PartnerCentric, where her responsibilities include: driving the company to achieve and surpass sales; ensuring profitability; managing cash flow and business goals and objectives; and implementing plans for the operational infrastructure of systems and personnel.
